AGREEMENT TO COMPETITION TERMS
By participating in this competition, you agree to abide by all rules and eligibility requirements outlined below. Failure to comply may result in disqualification.

This math contest is open to new immigrants to Canada aged 18-30. Key eligibility requirements include: must be 18+ during all contests and under 30 during qualifiers; must be physically in Canada during the contest; must have become a Canadian resident within the past 10 years; contest organizers have final authority on disqualification for cheating; winners' photo and brief story may be used for promotional purposes.

2. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
2.1 Age Requirements
  • Participants must be at least 18 years of age during all competition events.
  • Participants must be under 31 years of age as of the qualifying rounds.
  • Proof of age may be requested at any point during the competition.
2.2 Residency Requirements
  • Participants must be physically present in Canada during all competition events.
  • Must have obtained Canadian residency status within the past 10 years.
  • Residency date is defined by official government documentation.
2.3 Documentation
  • Valid government-issued identification confirming age and residency must be provided upon request.
  • Failure to provide documents within 5 business days may result in disqualification.

3. COMPETITION RULES

  • Organizers' decision regarding disqualification is final.
3.2 Promotional Rights

  • Such usage applies to websites, social media, press releases, and marketing materials.

4. GENERAL PROVISIONS

  • Organizers reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
  • Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the official website.
4.2 Limitation of Liability
  • Organizers are not liable for any damages arising from participation.
  • Organizers are not responsible for technical failures, errors, or unauthorized interventions.
4.3 Governing Law
  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by Canadian law.
  • Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the province where the competition is headquartered.
